    1. Exchange Policy (7 Days)

    At VantaGlitch, we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

    Eligible reasons for exchange:

    • Product received is damaged or defective

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Size issue (subject to availability)

    Conditions:

    • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

    • All tags and original packaging must be intact

    2. Refund Policy (Only in Rare Cases)

    Refunds are not standard and are processed only in exceptional situations:

    • Item is out of stock and exchange is not possible

    • Customer receives a completely incorrect product

    • Product has a serious manufacturing defect

    • Exchange is not feasible due to logistics or availability

    👉 In most situations, we prioritize exchange over refund

    3. Return & Pickup Process

    Reverse Pickup Available:

    • If serviceable, we will arrange a pickup from your address

    Reverse Pickup Not Available:

    • If pickup is not available in your area, customer must self-ship the product

    • A shipping reimbursement (up to ₹100–₹150) will be provided upon receipt of valid proof

    4. Non-Returnable Conditions

    We will not accept returns/exchanges if:

    • Product has been used, worn, washed, or altered

    • Tags or packaging are missing

    • Request is raised after 7 days of delivery

    • Product is purchased under sale / clearance / special offer

    • Issues such as:

      • Minor color variation due to lighting/screen differences

      • Minor stitching or thread variations

    5. Important Guidelines

    • Return/Exchange request must be raised within 7 days

    • Unboxing video may be required for damage or wrong product claims

    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
